Beringer In-Store Taste Station

Californian wine brand Beringer has developed a beverage tasting experience similar to that of perfume testing. Non-alcoholic flavored strips have been formulated and dispensed from boxes mounted onto shelves in front of three of Beringer's bestsellers: White Zinfandel, Cabernet Savignon and Chardonay.

The Taste Station has been installed in Kroger stores across 20 states. ”We are tremendously proud of the research that has gone into what we know will be a category-changing addition,” says Tammy Ackerman, Senior Brand Manager at Beringer. The brand anticipates more retailers will set up tasting stations.
