Benero: Limited Edition Coach Built Speedster for $600,000

The latest car to grab our attention is this beauty known as the Benero.  The speedster is a special coach built model powered by a 4.2-liter supercharged V8 engine tweaked by German tuning firm MTM to produce an output of 525HP. Although there is not much information, Benero bears a  strong resemblance to the Audi S5 . Like all other exclusive cars, the Benero is a limited edition and will be restricted to just 50 units.   Prospective buyer should be expecting to shell out a whopping sum of around $600,000.



Corvette-Inspired Powerboat for $1.7 million

The speed boat uses a number of parts, which it had made for the Corvette car. The carbon fiber body design is inspired from the racing car. For example the rear end tail lights are a direct copy of the car. The 1,350 HP of displacement takes speed boating to dizzying heights. The boat has a capacity for 6 adult passengers to sit comfortably, along with the pilot in whose control will be the 8000 Watt music system and other electronic controls such as the sliding door on top meant for entry and exit. The boat comes equipped with a fully loaded trailer truck on which one can house the boat and which by itself is a house on the move. Apple TV, ground LED lights, power washer, and engine flush system are just some of the other amenities on board. This is one of the ultra-luxurious ways one can impose a batman like presence on road, and even on water. Corvette, which had become a known name in the space of making car-boat combos like the red Catamaran boat and coupe car duo, has now introduced a new option with the 2012 ZR48 MTI. The boat which is made primarily out of carbon fiber, packs in sleek aerodynamic design and futuristic technology, setting itself out of any nearby competition for such a package. which includes a designer trailer, and a speed boat is priced at $1.7 million.

The property belongs to the late actor Heath Ledger and his girlfriend Michelle William. This post-and-beam home is spread on 2,000 square feet of space and was titled as a “Treehouse” because of its location and architecture. It is located in the Hollywood Hills amid of greenery and features nearly half an acre of land. Each room of the house can witness greenery and wonderful landscapes, precisely why it has been named as a greenhouse. The house has two grand bedrooms, two bathrooms and a modern kitchen. There is a  striking brick fireplace with beamed ceilings that gives the house a classic era look. The house is equipped with an outdoor movie lounge with a projector screen. The outdoor space is intelligently utilized by placing a barbecue space for cozy lunch and dinners. Ledger bought the house from chat show host Ellen DeGeneres in 2005 for $2.1 million. The mid century house was put on sale and sold in July  2008 for $2.5 million and is now listed at $3 Million.
