Monday, October 18 - Are you living in a glass house throwing stones?

Happy Monday!!! It's the start of a new week, so let us learn from last week and make this week better. Now, put your game face on and lets win, win, win!!!!

When is the last time you did some house cleaning? I mean really put some cleaner on the glass and took away all the rose colored stains so you can see in and out clearly. Remove all the stones from your lockbox; where you hide the stones, so no one can throw one back and break your dirty glass. Did you realize you are throwing stones so that no one can really see what's going on in your house. You are really ashamed of the dirt and grime build up. Are you living in a glass house throwing stones?

Do you know someone who is constantly criticizing you? Or are you that person? The one that always has an opinion and giving unwanted and unnecessary advice. Telling you what you need to do and what you are not doing right. But, when you take a look into their lives it is the total opposite of what they speak on. Some of us rationalize these people, including the people themselves, as just being opinionated and wanting the best for you. Well, let me tell you something my friends - these people do not want the best for you! I know that may be hard to learn because it's a close family member or even a bestfriend. But trust and believe I am only telling you the reality. I know you heard the old saying, misery loves company!

There is always a way to convey your message without being negative. You should always be supportive and I know it is hard sometimes because some people just refuse to see the reality in a situation. Never allow someone to talk down to you or make you feel like your situation is the worst thing since the creation of Hell. More than likely, their situation is far worse than yours could ever be! And if you don't have anyone to talk to, hit me up! My house is mad of brick no glass over here.

Today's Advice: Clean your house! Don't always have something to say, just listen. Most of the time people only need to vent and are not in search of an opinion. Learn how to be a true friend!
