A woman will change the way she feels about her family, her friends, she’ll cross ten counties, she’ll give up her car, her job, and sometimes kids; to follow a man. In order to make a new relationship work. A man will give up his apartment and a couple of freaks on the side, and that’s about it. I think they need to check out the situation and see if he’s worth destroying your life, because if he isn’t, you need to live the life you’re already living and control your own destiny.

Once they get into your life they’re like a bull in a China shop, it can destroy everything around you. There’s no look, you just have to use the common sense that God has blessed you with.

'Protect Your Heart'

I think, I just thought of a way for women to protect their hearts in a new relationshi - treat it like its your newborn baby. Would you hand your baby over to a stranger just to see how they’re going to treat it? So all I’m saying is, whatever you don’t let your baby do, don’t let your heart do. And it just might stop you form getting it broken so many times.

Q: When your mate and family don’t get along, where do you spend your holidays?       

A: Holidays go with happiness, you can’t spend your life trying to please other people. Nine chances out of ten the reason they don’t like your mate is because they see something that you don’t and they’re only trying to protect you. You have three choices: cook for your mate and share your holidays together; go together to the family holiday even and maybe they’ll see something different this time that they’ll actually like about them; or you can go to your mates family and see what kind of environment they were raised in.
